Thank you so much for choosing me to officiate for you on your most special day.

As part of my celebrant registration and Code of Ethics, and as I mentioned to you at our meeting, I'm required by the Marriage Act of 1961to ask you to review the service I provided for you as your celebrant. Plus of course, I'm always interested in feedback. And as I also mentioned at our meeting, you are not obliged by law to fill in this Review Form

What you put in the form below comes directly to me as an email - it doesn't appear on my blog.

Please tell me what you liked best and also, please feel free to suggest ways in which I could give other couples a better service in the future. You can visit this site if you wish to register a complaint with the Attorney-General's Department.

Here's a link for my celebrant page on facebook, where leaving a short review (with stars) is really easy. In Google, if you simply put 'Michele the Celebrant' into the search box you can easily add stars and a few words. You're very welcome to add your photo.
